• Ordering and Payment: When placing an order with NEON 3D, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payment must be made in full before the production and delivery of your LED neon sign.
• Shipping and Delivery: We strive to deliver your LED neon sign within the estimated timeframe. However, please note that delivery times may vary depending on factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for any delays or damages that occur during shipping.

• Returns and Cancellation Policy: Since personalized neon and 3D signs are made to order, no refunds are possible.
  Cancellations can only be made within 24 hours of order confirmation. In case of cancellation after this time, no refund will be made.

• Privacy Policy: We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your data. Please review our Privacy Policy for more details on how we handle your information.

• Limitation of Liability: NEON 3D shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use our website or services.
• Limited Warranty
  NEON 3D provides a limited warranty on all our neon LED signs.The warranty period is 2
  years for private individuals, 1 year for legal entities, subject to storage, operation and maintenance
  and maintenance and service conditions, when used in dry areas with humidity not exceeding 70%. Signs used
  outdoors (with protection against humidity), 6 months guarantee. In the event of a personalised sign being detected
  manufacturing defects, the consumer must contact the warranty repair shop that personalised the sign
  sold the personalised sign to have it sent for warranty repair. During the warranty period, the following shall be corrected free of charge
  caused by a breach of the operating rules. All quality claims will only be considered after
  inspection of the product at the service centre. NEON3D will process a warranty claim within 30 days, making all
  necessary steps to assess and remedy any defects in the product. In the event of warranty repairs
  the customer will be informed separately. All transport costs are covered by
  the consumer. (from, to the repair shop), NEON 3D has the following options:
  Repair: NEON 3D may choose to repair the goods at no additional cost to the customer.
  Replacement: NEON 3D can choose to replace the goods with new ones at no extra cost to the customer.
  Refund: NEON 3D can choose to refund the purchase price to the customer.

  Please note that the warranty will be void under the following circumstances:
  • If any repairs on the product have been carried out without the consent of NEON 3D.
  • If mechanical damage caused by the customer's fault is detected.
  • If damage caused by natural disasters such as flood, storm, lightning strike, fire, or earthquake is detected.
  • If the product has been used inappropriately or for a purpose other than its intended use.
  • If a standard sign without moisture protection has been exposed to the risk of water ingress due to the customer's inaccurate handling or placement.
  It is important to adhere to the terms and conditions specified in the warranty to ensure its validity. For any warranty claims or inquiries, please contact our customer support team, providing all necessary details and documentation.
